3. Product Appearance & Production Variations
Certain physical products are individually produced after purchase confirmation.
Customers acknowledge and accept that:
- slight color variations may occur,
- print placement may vary slightly,
- materials and finishes may differ minimally,
- and final products may not appear exactly identical to on-screen previews or mockups.
Differences caused by:
- screen settings,
- lighting,
- manufacturing tolerances,
- production methods,
- or material variations
are considered normal and do not constitute defects.
4. Digital Products License
All digital products sold by SparkCode are licensed strictly for personal, non-commercial use only.
Customers may NOT:
- redistribute,
- resell,
- sublicense,
- share,
- upload,
- reproduce,
- commercially exploit,
- or distribute
any digital product or downloadable content without prior written authorization from SparkCode.
Unauthorized redistribution, piracy, account sharing, or misuse may result in:
- revoked access,
- account suspension,
- denied future purchases,
- legal enforcement actions,
- or permanent bans from the Services.
SparkCode retains all intellectual property rights associated with its digital products and content.
5. Orders & Acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

- international logistics,

Responsibility for packages transfers to the customer once the shipment has been handed to the carrier.

8. No Cancellations Policy
All sales are final once an order has been placed.
SparkCode does not accept cancellations after purchase under any circumstances.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details carefully before completing checkout.
9. Refunds & Replacements
Refunds, replacements, and claims are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy.
SparkCode reserves the right to:

12. Reviews, Feedback & User Content
By submitting:

you grant SparkCode a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, modify, display, and distribute such content for operational, promotional, marketing, or commercial purposes.
You represent that your submissions:

- are lawful,
- and do not contain misleading, abusive, or malicious content.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

- business interruption,
- chargeback-related consequences,
- or consequential damages
arising from use of the Services or products purchased through the Services.
Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
18. Fraudulent Chargebacks & Disputes
SparkCode actively investigates fraudulent disputes and chargeback abuse.
We reserve the right to:
- submit evidence to payment providers,
- dispute fraudulent claims,
- block future purchases,
- terminate accounts,
- and pursue legal remedies where appropriate.
False claims, manipulated evidence, abuse of refund systems, or intentional misuse of the Services may result in permanent account restrictions.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws and jurisdictions in which SparkCode operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
