At SparkCode, every order is made and fulfilled on demand through our global production partners. Because of this, shipping times may vary depending on the product type, destination country, local carrier conditions, and seasonal demand.
Order Processing Time
All products are made to order.
Please allow approximately 1–7 business days for order processing before shipment. In many cases, orders may be processed faster.
Processing times may increase during:
- holidays
- peak shopping seasons
- product launches
- high-demand periods
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Destinations
Some products are available worldwide, while others may only be shipped to selected countries or regions depending on supplier availability and logistics limitations.

Tracking Information
Tracking is provided for all physical orders.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
SparkCode is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We do not accept address changes after an order has been placed.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
If your package:
- arrives damaged,
- is lost in transit,
- or shows as “delivered” but was not received,
please contact us as soon as possible.
All claims are reviewed individually. Customers may be required to provide supporting evidence such as:
- photos of damaged items,
- packaging photos,
- proof of non-delivery,
- or additional verification documents.
Refunds or replacements may be offered at our discretion after review.
SparkCode reserves the right to deny refund or replacement requests in cases involving insufficient evidence, suspicious activity, abuse of policy, or carrier-confirmed delivery.
Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.
Delivery instructions for digital products will be provided after purchase.
Delays Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- customs inspections,
- weather conditions,
- strikes,
- carrier disruptions,
- global logistics issues,
- or force majeure events.
