At SparkCode, all physical products are made to order and fulfilled through our global production partners. Because of the custom and on-demand nature of our products, we maintain a strict refund and replacement policy designed to protect both our customers and our business.

By placing an order with SparkCode, you agree to the terms below.


Eligibility Window

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery to report any issue related to an order.

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review or resolution.


Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Digital products
  • Downloadable files
  • Gift cards (if applicable)
  • Products ordered in the wrong size
  • Orders with incorrect addresses entered by the customer
  • Personalized or custom-made items unless defective
  • Orders refused or left unclaimed by the customer

No Returns Policy

We do not accept physical returns.

Please do not send products back unless specifically instructed by our support team.

Unauthorized returns may be refused or discarded without compensation.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order:

  • arrives damaged,
  • contains a manufacturing defect,
  • has a printing error,
  • or you received the wrong item,

you may be eligible for:

  • a replacement product,
  • or a full refund,

depending on the situation and customer preference.

All cases are reviewed individually.

To open a claim, customers must provide:

  • clear photos of the product,
  • photos of packaging (if applicable),
  • order details,
  • and any additional evidence requested by our team.

SparkCode reserves the right to deny claims that:

  • lack sufficient evidence,
  • appear fraudulent,
  • show signs of abuse,
  • or conflict with carrier delivery confirmation.

Wrong Size Orders

Customers are fully responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order.

Size guides and product dimensions are provided on product pages to help customers make informed decisions.

Orders placed in the wrong size are not eligible for:

  • refunds,
  • replacements,
  • exchanges,
  • or store credit.

Please review sizing information carefully before purchasing.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering an accurate and complete shipping address during checkout.

Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for refunds or free replacements.

In some situations, SparkCode may choose to review the case individually and offer a discretionary resolution, but this is not guaranteed.


Refused or Unclaimed Packages

Packages that are:

  • refused by the recipient,
  • abandoned,
  • or left unclaimed

are not eligible for refunds or free reshipment.

In certain situations, we may review the case individually and determine whether an alternative resolution is possible at our sole discretion.


Digital Products Policy

All digital product sales are final.

Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer:

  • refunds,
  • returns,
  • exchanges,
  • or cancellations

for digital downloads under any circumstances.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.


Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.

Because products enter production quickly after checkout, we are unable to guarantee cancellation requests.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Color & Print Variations

Customers acknowledge that slight differences may occur between:

  • on-screen mockups,
  • digital previews,
  • and the final printed product.

Color appearance may vary depending on:

  • monitor settings,
  • lighting,
  • printing processes,
  • materials,
  • and production facilities.

Minor variations are considered normal and are not considered defects.


Fraudulent Claims & Chargebacks

SparkCode actively investigates fraudulent claims, abuse of policy, and suspicious chargeback activity.

Claims that:

  • contain false information,
  • manipulated evidence,
  • intentional misuse,
  • or carrier-confirmed delivery conflicts

may be denied without refund or replacement.

We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks with payment providers and submit supporting evidence during investigations.


Response Time

Our support team typically responds within 24–72 hours during business days.

During high-volume periods, response times may be slightly longer.
